“Erin's professional expertise, personal experience, wisdom, and drive to develop thriving trauma-informed spaces was quite literally a Godsend to our children's ministry. One of our main goals is to have every child and every family feel loved and valued in the family of God, and Erin's training gave us tangible ways to make this happen for the families we serve. Through group training, online resources, and clear goal-setting, we were able to create a framework for how we care for families that we still use to this day. Volunteers feel more equipped to handle difficult behaviors in a way that promotes healing and inclusion, and our staff is constantly looking at our curriculum, classroom policies, and training through a trauma-informed lens. Her training also helped us in the way we wrap around families and gave us resources to share with them that promote healing and flourishing. We are so grateful for the time, energy, and care given by Erin to our ministry and we are certain that anyone who she works with will be better off for it.”
